Labyrinth emerges from my desire to move images beyond the 2D plane, and allowing them to stand freely. This gesture gives each work a unique, expressive quality. Photos are reproducible - we never see their other side. This process allows us to consider many more sides, including those produced by the undulating folds in the material. By working with digital prints in a tactile way, I reintroduce the artist's hand.
